The vocal ensemble Alta Musica is a small choir of about 25 young
singers. It specialises in Early Music, singing Medieval through Baroque
music, especially the sacred music of the 16th and early 17th centuries.
The ensemble, which rehearses at Dr. Hoch's Konservatorium in Frankfurt,
was founded by its director Edmund Brownless, himself a singer and
specialist in Early Music.
Rehearsals (except during the Hessen School holidays) are: Wednesdays, 7 - 9 pm
Dr. Hoch's Konservatorium, Sonnemannstr. 16, Frankfurt, Room 3008.
All are welcome! A little choral experience is a help - as is the ability to sight read...
