The Vocal Ensemble Frankfurt, founded in 1991, initially under the name „Vocalensemble Wehrheim“, consists of between 25 and 30 vocalists from Frankfurt and the surrounding area.
The choir, some of whose members are highly qualified, trained vocalists, has been under the direction of Monika Gößwein-Wobbe since 1996. The vocal ensemble specialises in performing early and modern, German and international, a capella music, both of a sacred and a secular nature. Above all, the Vocal Ensemble Frankfurt is dedicated to delivering choral singing of the highest quality. The choir is run in a spirit of human kindness and mutual respect.
