The Frankfurter BeschwerdeChor (Frankfurt Complaints Choir) was founded in 2009 on the initiative of the Frankfurter Kunstverein (Frankfurt Art Association), initially as a temporary, project choir.
The first public performance was held on the election Sunday of September 27th, 2009, as part of the election party at the Frankfurter Kunstverein. After the initial project had expired, the Frankfurter BeschwerdeChor became an independent choir. It is made up of 30 non-professionals – amateur singers, musicians, enthusiasts, artists and producers.
