The Work Study Group Photography regards itself as interdisciplinary working forum for museums, archives and institutions with photography collections.
Four so-called working circle meetings are organized annually to present various institutions and their photography collections. We also arrange further education seminars, professional conferences and a series of lectures. The working circle also offers individual advisory services and a monthly jour fixe (1. Wednesday in the month in Cucina delle Grazie opposite Frankfurt Dom) to give persons interested the opportunity for professional discussion and the interchange of ideas.
Invited to participate are all persons concerned with photography collections in museums, archives, galleries, picture libraries, history associations and other institutions or anyone simply interested on working with photography.
