Founded in 1972,the gallery has been located at Frankenallee 74 since 1998. The keynote of gallery work is art of the sixties and seventies under special consideration of printed graphics.
The program covers individual exhibitions, catalogues / œuvre catalogues by Thomas Bayrle, Bernhard Jäger, Gerhard Richter, Sigmar Polke, KP Brehmer, Annabella Geiger, Günter Weseler and Angelika Platen, as well as graphics of capitalist realism.
A further accent is on contemporary painting, represented by individual exhibitions of works by students of the Städel such as Erdogan Bulut, Soyeon Kim, Anne Kaminsky, Michael Mohr, Heiko Herrmann, Walter Stöhrer, Norbert Reiz, Andreas Schmidt and Heinz Schanz.
The gallery also operates an extensive mailing edition of modern sculpture and graphic prints.
