Verena Billinger and Sebastian Schulz deal with society and the public in their work. For the artistic modeling and staging, they focus on the role of the body in their pre-pictures and themes. They understand its movement as a vector and a sign of life.
In 2014 they received the NRW funding award. Since 2015, her artistic work has been funded by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. In 2015, they were recognized in the yearbook of the magazine tanz as "Hope for Dance".
