Eintracht Frankfurt Museum

The museum of the Frankfurt football team is located on the ground floor of the main tribune of the Commerzbank Arena. On an exhibition area exceeding 400 m2 visitors can reflect on the turbulent history of Eintracht Frankfurt. Around 300 selected original exhibits tell of bygone times, of major victories and tragic defeats, of long-forgotten sports stadiums and never-forgotten players.

The most precious exhibits include the foundation charter of 1899 and the original football of the European Cup Final of 1960, naturally also the many trophies the team has won.

In addition to the history of the Eintracht, the sports history of Frankfurt am Main and the State of Hessen are also part of the exhibition. Shown for the first time in the Eintracht Frankfurt Museum are colour film sequences from the stadium and from Riederwald (training pitch) that an amateur film maker shot in the 1950s.
