This jazz trio is highly flexible with regard to stylish presentation within jazz music. The trio plays modern jazz, jazz standards, bossa nova and music from the "swing" epoch.
Alongside Walter Haimann and Udo Brenner (for details see W. Haimann Jazz Quartet) the Istanbul-born drummer and legend in the Frankfurt jazz scene Bülent Ates also plays in the Trio. Ates is not unknown in the US jazz scene too, his fiery drumming style has won him a name with many leading musicians.
