The Kantorei Sachsenhausen is an amateur choir composed predominantly of parishioners and supported in major projects by other singers from greater Frankfurt and by the Kurt-Thomas-Kammerchor.
Under the artistic direction of Choirmaster Andreas Köhs, the Choir can look back on numerous successful choral concerts, such as Bach's Christmas Oratorio (parts I - VI), Haydn's Creation, Handel's Messiah, Mendelssohn's Paulus, Mozart's C-minor Mass, Handel's Brock Passion and regular performances of Bach cantatas during church services.
The Kantorei Sachsenhausen rehearses on Mondays at 19.30h in the
Gemeindesaal of Sachsenhausen's Bergkirche
