The Women’s Designer Forum is a European network for women in design professions. The foundation concept of the Forum in 1992 stemmed from the exhibition »Women in Design« in Design Centre Stuttgart (1989) and from the congress »Women Artists, Film-makers and Designers« in Museum Wiesbaden (1990). The Forum provides a platform for the exchange of interdisciplinary contacts, experience and competence. The network promotes contact between women designers from science, industry and design offices at national and international level.
