The Wilhelm Braun Feldweg Promotion Award
Named after the pioneeer of German industrial design, the Wilhelm Braun Feldweg Promotion Award is presented annually since 2003. The Competition is for the critical interpretation of current design themes in written form. The theme selection is free.
Participants
The Award is intended to support design students and graduates in the German-speaking region whose texts contribute in content and style to the prevailing design debate. Texts may be part of an examination work or dissertation. They can be developed completely independently or written specifically for the Award.
The Award has a value of Euro 5000. The awarded text also appears in an own publication and accompanies an issue of the magazine design report.
