The gallery Mühlfeld & Stohrer was founded in autumn 2001 and on 24 January 2002 opened new premises in Schulstr. 46. Alongside artists such as Tom Wesselmann and Ford Beckman our aim is also to acquaint our visitors with young and unknown artists of the figurative school.
Our joint exhibitions at the year's end are intended to give gallery-goers a comprehensive overview of work already shown and of new exhibitions in the pipeline. This exhibition provides a complete insight into our programme, work by artists that we select is shown in its entirety as proposal for a collection. With the spectrum of work shown our objective is to address young collectors and to complement existing collections.
