The Institute has existed since April 2004 and is a cooperation between the Mousonturm Frankfurt and the coaching and consulting company boijens kultur und management, Frankfurt.

Professionalizing artists, employees and executives from art and culture.
Learning with IKM is also a programme for everyone interested in the personal contact with people from art and culture and wishing to make the creative environment for handling their topics more fruitful.
Subjects of the IKM seminars are coordinated and tailored to the needs of artists on the one side and specialists and executive of cultural institutions on the other.
