Goethe’s house of birth and the adjoining museum are a tourist magnet in Frankfurt and of course a children’s programme is also available. In addition to special tours for young visitors, workshops and activities are also on the agenda. For example, children can learn how people wrote in Goethe’s time and then try writing themselves with quill and ink. Or they can learn about Goethe’s Colour Circle and the effects of the different colours, then experiment themselves with paints.
Guided tours for school classes can also be arranged.
