The debates of the Römberberg, which the City of Frankfurt organizes jointly with the Hessische Rundfunk, the Fazit Foundation, the Frankfurter Rundschau and the Hessen State Government, are a unique Frankfurt creation and one of the flagships of Frankfurt culture.
Since 1973 they have been melting pot and mirror for intellectual debate of international standing and an acclaimed seismograph of social developments and tendencies. An honorary committee defines the pertinent theme of the discussions.
